Why We Are Unique

Fort Mill Neuro and Balance is a privately owned concierge physical therapy service, treating patients in the home setting. Concierge physical therapy eliminates the stress of worrying about traveling to a clinic, as we understand getting to a clinic is not always convenient or even possible. We provide one-on-one, high quality, physical therapy, which is specially tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.

In-Home Personalized Care

  • 90-Minute Initial Evaluation

    During your initial evaluation, we will spend time with you to learn about your condition, your previous level of function, and how your condition is affecting your life. We will then complete an individualized examination, develop a treatment plan, and set goals. This session will also include treatment within the evaluation time.

  • 60-Minute Treatment Sessions

    After you have completed your initial evaluation, you will receive one hour intensive treatment sessions, ranging from one to four times per week, until your individualized goals have been met.
